  1. Doesn’t GLI’s Oyler even KNOW that write-in votes in Kentucky ARE NOT COUNTED UNLESS THE WRITE-IN CANDIDATE HAS PRE-FILED (and paid) to *BE* A KENTUCKY CANDIDATE?!!
