“The Dark Halls of a Hospital Conglomerate”

Dr. Sturgeon: “UofL kept us and the public in the dark too long about this damn hospital deal.”

Dr. Bladdore: “What did you expect? The only ‘sunshine as a disinfectant’ at Belknap is buried with Louis Brandeis’s ashes.”

Novena — More than ‘sunshine’ is needed at the Sports-versity that masquerades as an academic institution. An equal dose of ‘pink slips’ (starting at the top and working down a half dozen or more boobs) would help, along with a giant Airwick bottle next to “The Thinker” (who’s also misplaced)

“As Usual, Ole Highlander on Target”

You’re so right, my good man. Keep in mind that The Thinker was part of the doorway surround for the Gates of Hell. So, it was at least partially appropriate for UofL (or UofHell, as it is sometimes called).

Novena: You’re correct as to The Thinker’s original ‘intent’ — however, reality has arrived from a diversion through mythology portrayed by Dante. The ‘reality’ is that there ‘ain’t much thinkin’ goin on out there a Bellnap [sic], instead, just a lot of ‘napping.’!~!
