Not only is the harassment thing absurd (and, ironically, Fleischaker knows it & only puts it out there to chill this lady’s 1st amendment right to free speech) but his defenses as reported in the paper are really weak. Statute of limitations has run? And Rucker got some of the names of the various and sundry entities King & cronies use to do his “deals”? These are King’s non-substantive defenses.
