    The Tim: Making revenue before you share it would make sense, except at the Louisville Arena Authority, where the local university’s representatives on the LAA board negotiated with Ramsey/Jurich to allow the local university to take huge cuts of the GROSS REVENUE!!!! All done at the taxpayers expense, because (from the City’s 30 year payments and the TIF District, the taxpayers will pay nearly $700,000,000 before the bonds are paid off.
