Roads Are Good, Wait, No, They’re Maybe Awful

December 6th, 2013 by admin · 4 Comments

The world just cold comes to an end when snow or ice are in the forecast in the Louisville metro area. We’re all familiar with it and know better than to attempt a Kroger run when flurries get mentioned.

What we can never be okay with, though, are contradictory reports from teevee news folks that lead to utter confusion of meemaws everywhere:

This came less than minute later:

No, it’s not a big deal. Unless you’re a meemaw in Henryville on the hunt for a pallet of bread and 25 gallons of milk because SNOWPOCALYPSE.

Plus it’s fun to make the teevee news folks angry over tiny things like this.

The only time I watch the local news is when I hear the weather sirens. I had my fill of the hype about 20 years ago.

Winter Apocalypse ’13 started Monday. Love how some of the local weather folks make every storm sound like the end of the world.

Local weather . Are tou kidding? It is 30 minutes of Storm coming in , stay tuned .Then the next news show , a half hour later says with much hype it is going to rain today. I get it on my computer, instead of some 3 metaroligists, I listen to the people they listen to.
