    Professor Poore: “I’m appalled that the Board of Cadavers is thinkin’ of raisin’ JR’s already gargantuan salary for his incompetent work. And while we’re unloadin’ staff who are far more important to our own work! How should we counter the Board’s potential crazy move?”

    Professor Loud: “Tell them to get a red-haired cut-out with a bad comb-over and set it at JR’s desk. That’s a real money-saver–and might even be an improvement in policy effects!”

    Tim, you are generous in calling it “mediocre.” Its lead honcho deserves less than a mediocre salary; instead he is among the highest paid in the nation. Justice is not seen by a blind Board of Cadavers.
