    “Another Bloody Scandal at UofL”

When will it stop? When will a public body investigate this corrupt place? I also note that Hamilton has the same lawyer as did Felner. It could mean another light sentence if he is convicted. Does UofL try to hire folks who will have clean hands? Not a nice precedent for a “law school.” Brandeis is recoiling in his ashes, no doubt.

I would rather eat from a food truck where I can see who prepares my food and where is is cooked, than at a brick and mortar where I see neither. The WAVE report was a smear job, they used a gypsy food cart as the example and never really showed the licensed food trucks. I have been in several kitchens of some of our most venerated restaurants and came out nauseated.

I would much rather eat at a food truck in most cases than some of the fast food places in this city. One of the most famous fast food places in Louisville that promotes the term Lovin It, has a couple of stores in this city that are nasty beyond belief and that was just outside of the cooking area. Frankly, with the sticky floors, lackadaisical employees, and a bad environment, give me a food truck any time. The same goes for some of the supposedly good restaurants that have well less than sanitary employees and no one sees what’s in the food. Years ago 20/20 did a great expose of what goes on in restaurants with hidden cameras etc. Makes a food truck where you can see what is being cooked an improvement.
