    Just checked back and saw my comment about ole’ Gerald “Broadway Cinema’ Neal way back in 12.2011. Man, how do these guys get away with all this? Now I see that Larry Clark wants to do away with paying for all the city council critters who need lawyers. [Parenthetically, I wonder if he's making a mistake, here - cause who's gonna pay his lawyer if 'the time e'er comes???]

    Might have been. Just another example of the ‘shower’ of local incompetency we’ve been awarded in the past decades. Mindboggling in its mediocrity.
