The Lana McGown lawsuit against Metro Government has been raging on for the past couple weeks.
The summarize, here are the individuals and charges she alleged:
- Metro Government: violating whistleblower laws, age discrimination, retaliation
- Ted Pullen: age discrimination, retaliation
- James Braun: age discrimination, retaliation
- Betty Younis: retaliation
McGown asked for $600,000 in pain and suffering and about $50,000 for pay.
The jury? Ruled Pullen, Braun and Younis not guilty on all counts. However…
Metro Government was found guilty of whistleblower violations because of pay/compensation issues related to Pullen and Braun’s management of the Property and Leasing division of Public Works and Assets. McGown was awarded roughly $13,000.
Did you catch that? Greg Fischer’s Metro Government. Guilty. Of violating whistleblower laws.
Imagine that!

What a joke. Whoever takes on this clown in the next election will have so much ammo. Please somebody with half a brain take on this goober. Jim King your skeletons are too numerous and daughter is to much baggage. No need for you to piss away more money.

Challengers have had more than enough ammo for the last several mayoral elections.
The local watchdog media just makes it sound like a lonesome tree falling in the woods.

Fischer proved he wasn’t much of a leader. 1 year ago today his Parks Director was caught drinking at KT’s .
