    Bullying is a major problem. My sister inlaw who teaches 1st grade at a southern Indiana school said she walked into the bathroom and found two 1st graders holding another 1st grader head in a toilet. The two first graders were suspended. The parents reaction was that it was no big deal. They were being boys
