    Robert White said that the Ville didn’t have a gang problem. Really? I suppose Jerry told him to say that. Gangs are alive and thriving in the metro. They don’t have to be large or organized but they are here.

    Jack’s correct. Just another example of Happy Pants’ life and administration and very being — being without reality. The guy lives in a fantasy world, that has been enabled for a quarter of a century by a local newspaper (for some unknown reason — WHICH SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED).
