I researched all the links and more. This fungus is more than a million years old and absolutely loves the emmissions from distilleries to thrived on. It is really scarey stuff. My question is why did it take over one year before APCD finally wrote the violation notice? This fungus is very well documented in all the medical and research journals. Was it because of all the residents filing a class action suit against the distillers for damages and they didn’t want to get in the middle?

I think Diageo and Brown-Forman should move ALL of their operations out of Jefferson County and give the tax dollars to a surrounding county.

I understand about the importance of tax dollars to our community. I also understand that these warehouses are located in some extremely dense populated areas. Health researchers talk about the fungus and its effects on asthmatics. If you ever witness a small child gasping to breathe due to asthma it puts a whole new perspective on tax dollars versus health consequences.
