    I think the chief is wrong. LMPD Officers have never stopped filling out racial profiling forms. ALL THAT DATA SHOULD BE REDILY AVAILABLE.

    LMPD folks do their jobs and do them well, for the most part.

    It’s leadership that never seems to be able to.
