Fischer’s Staff Shouldn’t Spin The Parks Scandal

April 12th, 2012 by jake · 6 Comments

Greg Fischer’s office is denying to media outlets that he knew Mike Heitz was drinking and driving months before the scandal broke.

Unfortunately for Greg, we have telephone records indicating that Tommy Clark knew and informed him and a source who also confirms it.

Here’s a look at some telephone records that back up claims that a Parks employee was in regular contact with Clark about the Heitz booze scandal:

That’s just a taste of what we’ve got, of course.

So… he may want to think twice before having Chris Poynter spout off.

Or maybe we should continue to throw out the information we’ve got to make Greg’s job more difficult?

Because this is just scratching the surface.

The Mayor’s office trying to say they didn’t know about Heitz LOL. the former Mayor sure knew about it. most everyone who worked in parks knew about it. the people who drank with him knew who he was and where he worked. It sounds like its time for some people to come forward and start telling the truth.

Poor Tommy Clark. Seriously nice guy, but in over his head.

Mr.Clark a perfect example of a man with character and moral standards. the people of Louisville should applaud this man. I hope he comes forward with more corrupt information. It seemed kinda Fishy that the drunk wasn’t fired. I guess now we know why. Fisher is a joke of a leader. I’m sure he and his trusty sidekick Poynter will find some way to drag Mr.Clark through the mud as well as finding some lame excuse to get rid of him. I hope Greg starts taking some good advice before he lets all the ass kissing misfits left over from the happy pants administration ruin what good reputation his has left.

The thing is that we need to stick up for people like Mr. Clark who are fighting the corrupt system and machine politics that has been running this city for years. Its no different that having Boss Whalen running things generations ago. Just a different breed of cockroaches running things now in modern garb and speech of course. Greg Fischer needs to continue to be exposed as a phony and it needs to be done big time to the point that the general electorate sees what a fraud the guy is. Nothing has changed since Abramson left, just names and practices are more of the same. I have to question whether Fischer actually runs things or someone else does his bidding and tells him what to do and how to think. I’ve seen nothing from the guy that really impresses me and I’m sure others feel the same. The best thing is to keep hammering him from all angles and hope that people in Louisville in 2014 don’t return the jerk to office. Its too bad we don’t have a recall in Kentucky because this guy needs to go.

Bill I believe the people will stick up for Tommy. the surface sounds like it has just been scratched. there is sure to be more and more evidence out there. the Mayor’s office can keep on trying to deny it. but its all going to surface eventually. they sure can’t deny that Mike Heitz was drinking and driving. someone had to have know about it before he was caught.

Nancy Ray you should be ashamed of yourself !. The comment from laughingatyourdumb@ss on April 2nd. giving confidential information about an HR matter to try to disgrace any employee is a no no and against the law.
Reading that comment on proves 1. it came from someone who is privy to confidential information (no doubt Nancy Ray or someone she gave information to). 2. proves there was and still is some personal hatred toward the employee involved.
no matter your feelings. to go on a public forum and print anything is something you just don’t do as an HR employee. to make comments so immature and hateful about any employee is a serious infraction that should result in your termination. to publish words as untrue and hateful as yours is flat out libel.
you may have posted that comment from an internet cafe. but it is no doubt full of information that could have only came from someone who is/was personally involved in the disciplinary action of that employee. you are clearly trying to make an attempt to defame someone based on your fear.
Nancy no one is going to protect you when the time comes for the truth. remember shit runs downhill. you have been around long enough to know this.protect yourself.
