In light of all this…
Looks like the University of Louisville Board of Trustees recently settled Melanie Peterson, et al v. UofL in Jefferson Circuit Court.
Will this be another fun time for UofL?
Details of the settlement are being tightly held. Surely something would be available via an open records request. Just don’t hold your breath that Angela Koshewa won’t keep a lot of the dirt swept under the rug.
Email requests to the University’s spokesperson haven’t yet received a reply.
