A Look At Why LMAS Has Continuing Problems

December 9th, 2011 by jake · 2 Comments

On Friday we pointed out how beyond ridiculous it is for Louisville Metro Animal Services’ communications director (excuse me — “communitions“) to send out press releases and media advisories after 5:00 P.M. on Fridays – what most people with a brain consider the Friday evening news dump.

Here’s what someone asked Greg Fischer and Justin Scally during the mayor’s latest internet party:

You see that? It’s Justin Scally saying, “There is never a perfect time to send out a release or advisory.”

Hahaha.

And that, folks, is just one of the many reasons nothing will change at Metro Animal Services and Greg Fischer is a-okay with that.
