What a goof-ball CLOWN! If he doesn’t have enough DUTIES, then he should become a part-time Mayor with a commensurate salary, benefits & pension.

Did/is he really giving half the Bloomberg money to the joint venture with Lexington? Can he do that? What does Bloomberg think about this?
