Papaw Beshear has an 11,000 point lead on David Williams (31) and Gateweed is pulling 8% in the latest polling. Gatweweed is definitely the surprise, as we never thought he’d get above 3-4. Meanwhile, Steve Beshear is STILL afraid to debate his opponents. Takes real cowardice to be that far ahead while fearing the folks running against you. [WHAS11 & Survey USA]

Chris Hartman knows David Williams isn’t an anti-gay bigot but he loves pretending that he is. Anyone can find that out by actually speaking with David Williams or his wife. Lincoln Elementary is the lowest performing elementary school in the state. In two years I expect it will change radically from free and reduced lunch kids to the more affluent. Performance will change and the poor kids will still get the short end of the stick.

Does anyone really think the bridge-bidding process will be without controversy? [biting my knuckle for being so cynical]
