Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man they say murdered a missing boy, then abused his corpse.
Last week, Fox 41 News told you about Andrew Compton, the 18-year-old Sullivan University student who had not been seen since Oct. 28th. His parents believed a 40-year-old man he met online may have had something to do with his disappearance.
Fox 41 News has learned that police have since arrested 40-year-old Gregory M. O’Bryan in connection with Compton’s disappearance. O’Bryan has been charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
On Monday, Nov. 11, according to the arrest report, police executed a search warrant on Compton’s apartment in the 1600 block of Lucia Avenue. The arrest report does not explain why the search warrant was executed, nor what was found there.
What it does say is that O’Bryan changed his story. He told police that Compton died during their sexual relations on Oct. 28 and that he continued having sex with Compton after he was dead.
Police say O’Bryan “admitted to disposing of the victim’s body and other evidence in order to conceal his death.”
Hope the guy rots.
