Thoughts:
1) Showcasing Fourth Street Live! is a reminder about one of Mayor Jer’s biggest negatives.
2) He’s shoving that ice/drink machine “invention” down our throats again, despite it being such a gray area that raises suspicion.
3) His parents Flaget and Loretto grads? A play for the Catholic vote? Or some kind of message against public schools?
4) He may well have helped grow 5 small businesses, but as we all know, one business, his first one, was handed to him by his father to run.
5) This ad presents a “too good to be true” candidate that doesn’t match well with the Fischer the public sees at debates and on television. His personality isn’t what this ad presents.
6) While watching this slick ad, I almost wish they had a cartoon character popping up to remind everyone how Fischer is papering over his complete lack of governmental experience as well as his near-absence from participation in local civic matters before running for elective office twice.
