Republican Chris Thieneman is apparently desperate. Take a look at this website he’s preparing to launch:

If Chris was as far ahead as he’s repeatedly said, he wouldn’t be hitting Heiner on something so minor. (It’s not like he’s Democrat Greg Fischer who actually moved jobs to Indiana – Heiner just developed a property and convinced someone to pay for it.)
Maybe Thieneman – a guy who literally provided a “journalist” with a rent-free apartment in exchange for positive press – should think twice about hitting Heiner with something he’s adequately able to explain away on video?
And speaking of jobs and development… I hear through the rumor mill that Thieneman’s development, The Woods of Farnsley Moorman, is currently in the process of having its bonding forfeited. And Metro Government is allegedly moving to take the $78,000 deposit.

LOL, wasn’t it just months ago that Thieneman pledged to run a clean campaign in the primary? Can anyone honestly say that Chris Thieneman would make for a good mayor outside of Mr. Blind Loyalty Ed Springston?????
Oh yeah, anyone else find it funny that Thineman touts himself as a true conservative just a year after flipping parties twice???/

Is is desperte because Jack Conway is going negaive on Dr. Dan. Is it desperate because Trey went negative. The only thing Chris is doing is correcting Hal on numbers that Hal has been bragging about all over town. Hal talks a good game but the fact is this Hal put up 20,000 of his own money to support one man and one woman but not a dime on the library tax. Chris Thieneman does not own the patio homes.

Thieneman NO LONGER owns the patio homes. TTS owed them before selling to Daup & Parker. TTS- Thieneman (Chris & Tommy) & Schwartz. He once again started something that he could not finish. And jumped ship after he did a half ass job. Left a lot of the residents with a lot of hope and broken promises. He left the people who believed in Chris’ bullshit, and he high tailed it and left them all stranded.
He would end up having a fall out with anyone who didn’t see the world through his limited ‘developer’ perspective.
Chris is only taking swipes at Hal because pound for pound Hal is twice the man that Chris is. Don’t ask Chris because he will tell you that people like him are “few and far between”. **(thank God for that… ;-) .
I don’t think it is fair to call yourself a ‘developer’ when you are responsible for so many trailer parks, check cashing places, & self storage places. People on Dixie Highway think of Chris as the used car salesman developer of Dixie Highway.
Thieneman is going negative because he is weak.
Louisville would be cheapened by selecting Chris as the GOP front man. Under his “leadership” Louisville would be ‘developed’ into a city that would be trailer friendly with plenty of places to store your things and cash some checks .

In our neighborhood we voted against a new complex Chris Thieneman was building.
Then our self elected neighborhood “spokesman” said after all the votes were counted, that we agreed to accept the building project?
Guess who got a new patio home?
