For years. This cost me money. This cost Leslie Holland money (way more than me). All to get the state to do its job. The truth has finally arrived.
Letting him off the hook with misdemeanors (the entire legal system in Kentucky should be ashamed) might be laughable, but it’s not over yet. Wait till the feds do their thing.
Much praise should be directed toward the two special investigators who worked the better part of three years to uncover an absolute nightmare of law breaking. May their work live in infamy and prove valuable for other branches of law enforcement. Hopefully this case will help push campaign finance reform in Kentucky.
Yeah, this means I’ll finally shut up.
Innocent people don’t enter Alford pleas. And they don’t pay what is effectively a $600,000+ fine.

You need to look back at the Golden Poo awards to see who nominated Henry as the first politician indited and convicted.
