It’s probably the way David Williams wrote it in the script. If David wants it that way then that’s the way it will be.

With regards to “government run healthcare”, apparently Higdon continues to believe he’s running for the U.S. Congress.
If he wins the election, he will have absolutely no impact in the current debate over health care reform. Absolutely none.
