    “Congratulations, Monica”

    Her receiving a Rhodes Scholarship is absolutely marvelous. It highlights one of the bright spots at UofL: its Honors Program. Its students and those like Monica should be highlighted much more often–indeed, more often than the Cards’ glorified allegiance to big-time sports.
