Maybe check his mortgage, at King Southern Bank maybe?>>>lol....Bottom line is , when you enter the public service business , the public has a right to check your resume!...It's not like King wasn"t aware this could happen, didn't he try and seal the records prior to all this hitting the fan?....The story about the $20 for the kids shoes sounds a bit overemblished in the article, as the breaking point in the relationship. You never know where the breaking point is with people....it is what it is!....No reason to hide anything, that's the trouble now with the political system now.....No Transparency!....the Pro Politicos manufacture what they want you to hear & think. I'd say if you can read, you can determine for yourself if the stories are Tabloid B.S. or if they are something to be considered when picking who they want to Vote for.
Look where we are now with the Bung Hole we have for a Mayor.
Best thing King can do is say it was an unfortunate situation, he was young, young people sometimes make mistakes and bad choices, so be it!....and he's grown and moved forward!.....If he's got any other meteors getting ready to slam him , he might want to think about softening the blow, and spitting it out, NOW.

Harpe nailed this one. Lamb has no room to speak here. Seems Lamb has his own "agenda" as he had a previous Fox segment where he was touting how great a Mayor King would be.

Tabloid journalism?

Two words Bill Lamb: Karen Sypher

You guys were the ones that put her on the air with an "exclusive" interview first. You sat on it until it started to go public, then you pimped your "exclusive" for B-roll every time the scandal was mentioned in a story. When it looked like she might talk to other outlets, you uncorked with the whole thing.

After that performance, you guys have NO room to criticize ANYONE for tabloid journalism. Pull your aircheck tapes from that week in April, then talk to me about tabloid journalism.

Sounds to me like someone is grumpy that they didn't get a copy of King's divorce records before they went under (temporary) seal. Based on Fox41's past performance with the Sypher situation, you can bet it would have been a lead if they'd snagged a copy first.

The CJ has been in the gutter for so long, they know nothing else. That's why print media is dying.
