Jack Conway recently appeared on Issues & Answers: The Mountain Edition. As I predicted, he has flip-flopped and is speaking out against cap and trade legislation.
One issue discussed is the cap and trade bill, which Conway says he doesn’t support.
“On average, the cap and trade bill passing through the Senate would cost the average family $1800 a year. That’s too much, and it’s unacceptable,” Conway said.
In-person, Jack supports cap and trade. But on television in Eastern Kentucky he doesn’t?
