As the Robert Felner case winds it way through the U.S. legal system, the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development is attempting to move on. Tomorrow, interim dean Blake Haselton will host a discussion of the college’s progress in the year since federal agents showed up at Felner’s office and escorted him away.
Despite the leadership scandal, enrollment in the college is rising, faculty dissent has lessened and new policies are in place to ensure that no more Felner episodes ever happen again. At least that’s what we’re hearing is the U of L stance. There will be news of “recent milestones and challenges within the college.”
Haselton will address the media tomorrow at 11.
