I moved my office from the Bluegrass Industrial Park to Middletown to get away from the payroll and other taxes. By moving, I gave every one of my employees a raise. I have very high insurance costs (E&O etc.) so I am really glad I got out when I did. I'm surprised more businesses don't move out of Jeffersontown and the Industrial Park for less taxed pastures.
