His staying this long is akin to Crum staying as long as he did; it's just unusual anymore. I'd hate it if he left, but I'd not begrudge him such a decision. At the end of the day, he's the guy paying the bills for his family, and he gets to make the call, no one else. He's made an incredible impact here, a legacy that would far outlast a departure even now. Regardless, I vote you stick around, Tom!
