If they really want to make a statement as to confidence in the system & the City, the last Five years should be posted and any project that recieves money from the City should be subject to open records reporting . If something is funded with the taxpayers money then the taxpayers should be entitled to full disclosure , Tax returns, P&L statements , revenue statements, balance sheets....all of it!
