Coming Up at City Hall

February 19th, 2009 by admin · No Comments

A few interesting items on the agenda at City Hall today.

The Transportation and Public Works Committee will hear from PW director Ted Pullen about the costs involved in the storm cleanup efforts. It starts at 2, and will also include a report on a new recycling program.

The last item is a consideration of Dan Johnson’s resolution to request that the Water Company take back its request to raise rates by 5.5 percent. It doesn’t appear that it would have any effect, even if it passes.

Today meeting of the Labor and Economic Development Committee, which was to have considered issues related to the Museum Plaza hole in the ground, was cancelled becasue the city and the developer weren’t ready to deliver their reports.

For those of you really interested, it’s on MetroTV.
