The student populations served by Title 1 and IDEA are the most vulnerable. The vast undereducation of the public about this money and how it should be spent is reflected in the previous comments from Mark and Gordon. They obviously don't have a clue what Title 1 and IDEA is. The sad part is that the parents of students who benefit from these federal protections don't have a clue either. Sounds more like we're supporting teacher union jobs to me. Most of the stimulus projects I have seen in the plan, seem to fall well within the reach of the roots of the union tree.
